(1) The work, duties and powers of the Management Committee as per sub-rule (1) of Rule 8 shall be as follows in addition to the work, duties and powers of the Secondary School Management Committee mentioned in the Education Regulations, 2049: –

(a) To provide necessary teachers for conducting higher secondary education.

( b) Arranging the proper arrangement of study and teaching according to the curriculum and educational program approved by the council. To do.

(d) To act in accordance with the policy, decisions and instructions of the council regarding the operation of higher secondary education.

(2) The work, duties and powers of the management committee formed in accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 8 shall be as follows:-

(a) Operation, supervision, control and management of the higher secondary school. To carry out and carry out all related work.

(B) To make proper arrangements for teachers and staff needed for teaching.

(c) Arranging financial, physical and technical resources necessary to operate the higher secondary school.

(d) Curriculum and educational program approved by the council. Arrange study and teaching arrangements accordingly.

(e) Establish coordination between the Council, Nepal's universities and other educational bodies for the improvement of educational quality.

(f) To approve the annual budget of the higher secondary school. To do, to cause.

(h) To appoint an auditor and take action on his report.

(i) To hold a general meeting of local parents, donors and education lovers every year and to submit details of income and expenditure and educational activities of the higher secondary school in that meeting.

(j) To make high school students participate in various creative activities to maintain a clean educational environment.

(k) Teachers who engage in undesirable activities, To take necessary action on staff and students.

(l) To make teachers and staff participate in seminars, conferences, training etc. programs organized for the improvement of educational quality.

(d) To carry out other activities in accordance with the policy, decisions and instructions of the Council.
